Do you accompany people inside the hospital or the appointment, not just the ride?
Yes, we go in with your family member and wait inside for the whole visit.
Do you wait for the entire appointment, however long it runs?
Yes. Waiting time is included in the hours package you book.
What if the appointment runs longer than planned?
We charge the extra time at the hourly rate, and let you know by WhatsApp at the time.
Can you help carry the shopping?
Yes, we come into the supermarket with you and help carry the bags.
Can I book from abroad for my family member in Valencia?
Yes, many families book and pay from outside Spain while their relative receives the service here.
How can I pay?
We accept Bizum and cash.
Can I schedule recurring visits, for example weekly?
Yes, many families prefer a fixed day each week; we arrange it over WhatsApp.
Can I ride along in the car too?
Yes, there's room for one extra companion; just let us know when booking.
Is the car wheelchair-accessible?
No. We accompany people who can walk with or without support (cane, walker); for wheelchair users we can point you toward an adapted service.
Do you work weekends and public holidays?
Yes, we're available 7 days a week; ask about specific availability on WhatsApp.
How much notice do you need to book?
The earlier the better, but we also try to accommodate urgent requests depending on availability.
Is it always the same person, or does the driver change?
It's always Hugo, so your family member always deals with a familiar face.
How do you confirm my family member arrived safely?
We message you by WhatsApp at key moments: pick-up, end of appointment, and arrival home.
Do you cover the whole Comunidad Valenciana, or just the city?
We cover Valencia city, the whole Comunidad Valenciana, and long-distance trips to Madrid and Barcelona.
