2. What data we collect

We only collect personal data when you contact us directly, by email or WhatsApp: your name, phone number, email address, and any details you choose to share about the companionship service you need (for example, who needs accompanying, the pick-up address, or the type of appointment). We do not collect data through forms, third-party cookies, or analytics tools: this site does not use Google Analytics or any similar tool.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange the companionship service you've requested, and communicate with you for as long as that service lasts (for example, pick-up or arrival updates). The legal basis is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR Art. 6.1.b). We do not use your data for advertising and do not share it with third parties, except where legally required.

4. Retention

We keep your data only for as long as the service lasts and, afterwards, for the period required by Spanish tax and commercial law (generally up to 6 years for accounting purposes). After that, it is deleted.

5. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time by writing to hijodealquiler@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe your data is not being handled correctly.

6. Security

Your data is kept confidential and is only accessible to Hugo Hermida Berkowitz. It is not shared with third parties or transferred outside the European Economic Area.

The Spanish version is the legally binding one.
